Purpose

AskGranCanaria.com is a guide to local businesses in Gran Canaria. It offers practical information about businesses (address, opening hours, contact, description, photos) in several languages, structured so people, search engines and AI assistants can find it.

Use of the website

Access is free. Users agree to use the website lawfully and not to harm its operation. Content may be read and quoted, including by search engines and AI assistants; bulk copying to republish it for commercial purposes requires prior permission.

Accuracy of the information

We check the information regularly, but opening hours, prices and other details can change without notice. Please confirm important details directly with the business. Businesses can ask us at any time to correct or remove their information by writing to info@askgrancanaria.com.

Advertising

Businesses can order a package (Basic, Silver or Gold), which is also included with advertising in our magazine or at Cita. Featured businesses are labelled as such, and links of businesses with a package are marked as sponsored. Being listed does not depend on payment: businesses without a package are listed too.

How lists are ordered: first up to 3 featured Gold businesses, chosen fairly every day among the Gold businesses of the list; then all others by package (Gold, Silver, Basic, no package). Within each package the order changes every day. In search results relevance comes first; with equal relevance, the package in the same order, and within the same package the order changes every day.

Intellectual property

The design, our own texts, the logo and the structure of the website belong to Gestioninmo Soluciones, S.L.. Photos, trademarks and logos of businesses belong to their owners and are published with their permission or as public business information.

Third-party links and content

The website contains links to business websites and social media. We are not responsible for their content. Social media posts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook) only load when the visitor asks for it with a click.

Liability

Gestioninmo Soluciones, S.L. is not liable for damage resulting from the use of the information on the website, technical interruptions or third-party content, except where the law provides otherwise.

Applicable law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. The courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria have jurisdiction, unless the law assigns another court, such as that of the consumer's domicile.
